PATTONVILLE MUSIC IS #1 BECAUSE OF YOU!
Be an active volunteer for the band and guard. Our students need the help and support of their families. Please complete this volunteer form and return it to Kent Cambron, 164 Lansing Ave., Maryland Heights, MO 63043 or drop it in the Band Booster Box in the Band Room. We will be explaining and answering questions about the various responsibilities at the Band Social and Booster meetings.
Volunteers Needed!!!
MARCHING SEASON
Bus Chaperones: Volunteers are needed to ride buses to competitions. There are generally two parents per bus. The competitions are on Saturdays.
Pit Crew: Help move instruments, props and guard equipment on and off the field for performances at games and competitions. Attendance at all performances is not required.
Water Crew (part of Pit Crew): Fill and empty the water jugs before and after home games and evening practices. The jugs are filled with water and ice, and along with paper cups and trash bags, are taken to and from the practice field. After the game/practice, jugs and trash need to be returned to the band room, cleaned up and stored.
UNIFORMS
Fitting Uniforms: Volunteers are needed to help pin, sew, press and match numbers. No experience necessary. This is a big task that requires many workers and occurs during the July/Aug band camp. NOTE: All uniforms must be fitted and /sewn by mid-August for staff orientation performance.
Performance Distribution/Collection: 2 volunteers are needed before and after performances and band concerts to supervise uniform distribution/collection.
Wash Uniforms: Volunteers needed to help wash pants (marching band) shirts & blouses (concert band) after each performance.
Year End Inventory: Volunteers inventory uniforms and get them ready to go to the cleaners at the end of the year.
Flags: Sew flags for the Guard.
CRAFT FAIR
Concessions: Organize and/or help with concession stand.
Bake Sale: Organize and/or help with bake sale.
Set Up: Volunteers are needed on Friday afternoon and evening to move tables and set up to assist with final set up.
Craft Fair: Volunteers help with food sales, the raffle and other tasks to make the event successful. Morning, afternoon or all day shifts are available.
Clean up: Clean up and move furniture back after the fair.
FUNDRAISERS

LET US KNOW ASAP... Work the Dog Shows to put $ in your student account
New Year's weekend is still possible -so please let me know if you're interested in working the Dog Shows that weekend.
Friday the 31st, Saturday the 1st, or Sunday the 2nd
We're going to have to say no, understandably, to working the Dog Shows the first weekend in December.
We would need 30 people to cover the weekend, and I've only heard from 4 at this point.
email Jennifer Higginbotham for more information
